Although oficially the end of campaign turn 1, I'll let it drag on for another week / tonight to let late starters catch up.
So Fear not ye who have finished games / can't turn up!
It will be finished up for those that can do so on the 3rd, so still turn up - You'll just have extra time to ponder your moves and the week after, if you're finished (on the 3rd) you'll have scenarios (on the 10th, 1st session.) Before leading to campaign turn 2 (starts 2nd session) - If you turn up on the 3rd having finished but can't make the 10th I will take all instructions without problems.
It will give you ample time to get war bands together with flaming torches etc etc. (Hint : convert raiders in the next few weeks. Or put a blob of blue tac on someone's head then. Whatever suits you)
I shall also put it to you that we'll have all the lords slug it out one on one to the death, (In a Arena of death special, done by me on these boards) for a prize,(campaign stuff) as they're proving to be troublesome / very unbalancing for some. This means we could use the White Dwarf Character wotsit on a hero, which isn't too bad an idea. (To be honest
I hadn't really considered that some armies can have a L4(or 5 equivalant) death sorceror on dragon in a 1,250 point game, or the ramifications of a greater Chaos death dealing magnate killing machine vs peasants and skinks, and the sheer horror it's bought. So i'll ask for a vote, then make my own decision, In proper campaign tyrant form.
Oh, If you've been using / suffering one fear not, It won't have been a waste of time, It won't be replaced with a bog standard chappie.
I shall be lassoing Tom in to play scenarios soon (Next week, and i'll be doing them too. Ideally.) (If campaign turn not finished then.)
I feel pretty certain there'll be players milling around 2nd session with WFB armies. (You may have to drop to 1250 / 1500 and laugh at the opponent's poor army composition though)
If all else fails, play me 2nd sesion
