I am completely hooked since I watched an Infinity Game of Chris vs Mig.
Thanks again for answering lots of questions during your game, guys!
I want to start a small Haqqislam army and I would appreciate some tips what to buy.
Starter pack for sure, but what else?
I like those models:
Fiday
Janissarie with AP Rifle or better with HMG??
Rafiq Remotes.
Naffatun
Djanbazan sniper...
Any tips what to go for at the beginning?
Don't I need a hacker for the remotes?
Actually my problem is more like which weapons to go for with the troops. I don't know which one to go for in an 150 pt game...

Andre, I have a Lasiq with Viral Rifle and some Halga with rifle and shottie if you are interested? Assembled but unpainted. Yours for £8 (half price)
I've got a starter box I would be interested in using if someone was up fro running some demos games for some new players at some point? I think Infinity is akin to necromunda so I'm certainly interested.

Good to see a growing interest in what I think is an awsome game!
This is the 200pt list I'd suggest to you Andre using the Starter box and the Remote Box:

You can then pick up a couple of blisters of the additional models you like and work them in to give you 250 and then up to 300pts.
The new Laquis are also gorgeous models!
And I too love the Naffatun, in both look and gameplay (Hvy Flamers FTW)
I am more than happy to run a demo game for anyone who is interested or oversee a game between two new players and help run you through he mechanics.

Well, as far as I remember the current armies used in our club are:
Chris - Ju-Ying
Tom - Nomads ( with combind army)
Mig - Nomads?
Sam - Ariadna ( or was it PanO?)
Ben - Haqqislam ( have not seen him in ages)
Me - Haqqislam

Thank you for that Andre. Sounds like any army and pretty much do any style of combat. I am still torn. I dont think I will do nomads since there are already two players with them, but I cant decide between Ariadna (I love the autocannon and the dogs, plus a few others) and Haqqislam (I love a lot of the models, but someone is already playing them).
What has happened to Ben? He used to be down all the time.

Yep, I started collecting Haqqislam. Love the models.
Don't know what Ben is up to in these days, maybe he is in exams or so? Maybe holiday somewhere abroad? I am sure when he's got more time available he will be back and playing.
Would be great if you'd collect Infinity as well. The more players, the better.
Should we start something similar than the Warmachine painting and playing event last year? The one with increasing army points every couple of weeks?
I reckon that is a really good idea, it will give me some motivation to get painting and playing. I suggest we do it at the end of september though since people are away on holiday a lot at the moment. I will have to start looking at some lists now.

@ all other Infinity players:
What do people think about the idea of starting some sort of painting and playing event with increasing point numbers every couple of 4-6 weeks maybe? Kick off potentially end of september?
I would be definitely be in, as I would need a kick in the bum to get painting started.

The ARO's seem awesome, and the models I currently own are the Haqislam and Ariadne. When I bring these models up from Portsmouth maybe I could get a game?
Hey Vish, I havent got a clue how to play, but I am definitely up for a game once I get some minis. We were thinking of doing a paint and play thing from the end of september to get us started. It does look fasinating, and I am looking forward to my first game.
