So my knowledge of the Warmachine Universe doesn't include these people, who are they in relation to everyone else? Also does this mean the version 2 of the rules is coming out?

sorry if this is all old knowledge but I do love the universe and love hearing about the products I just dont really have the £££ or time to get into it properly

the first models will be released in September.
Mark2 rules will be published in Jan2010.
