Tom, do you know roughly how many of these are being produced? To keep this too a limited run seems kind of strange.

Not many is what I hear. Can't recall if it was 10,000 or so.
I really want a copy but have zero funds right now. Plus all the online stores are already sold out!
This seems a silly thing not to make it available to all of us who have been waiting for the re release of the game for at least a few months.

There are aprox 22,000 for NE Sales (ie: UK, Europe north of France, and (for some reason) North Africa), so it should last a fair while...
From what I understand, the limited run is due to manufacturing costs of the non-plastic elements (board/counters etc), but I may be wrong. It might also be just 'cos GW are odd.

Yea Id say its just them being weird, it cant be cost because they could charge almost anything for a new space hulk and people would buy it especially with the quality that is clearly in this set.
They keep doing odd limited edition stuff like the Pro paint brush set, why limit something like that? I know you can get them cheaper from other suppliers but isn't that the point GW keep missing? they should stick to Ltd Ed Mini's, I could live without that one and only mini, id love to have it but if I miss it oh well, but a whole game that people have been talking about on forums for years??? I think they are gonna miss a S*#t load of profit!
The reason most on-line stores have run out is GW have limited independent retailers to reserve 15 units each untill launch day then, if there are any left, they can get more.
