I talked about running a League a while ago but with my newly painted Skaven Team ready for action and the Exiles Tournament completed I feel it's time Charing Cross got round to playing some Bloodbowl!
Who's interested in being Involved in a League, hoping for 6 - 10 players but more would be great! Please post name and team here:
The League would be run in two-week slots, so people would have two weeks in which to organise and play their opponent, whether this be at the club or not, then post their results in a dedicated thread (or pm myself and I'll post them).
Everyone would play everyone and then we'll stage a "Final" event for the top two teams.
Hopefully I'll be able to wring some prizes or something for winners, top scorers, most brutal etc . . .

Can i check what format we'll be using - teams move on from game to game with experience and casualties (prefferred by me personally) or teams refreshed with one new skill on a nominated player? (bah. may play skaven)
Is man of the match with three players nominated by opponent and you choose?
Just to check, it's 1,000,000 to start with, and no fan factor purchasing after the first game?
How many games will be played? (That will affect my team composition)

The League will probably be a standard League, so starting value of 1000000 and skills earned by Star Player Points rolled for by your opponent after each game.
This is NOT a Swiss tournament. There will be no resurection of dead players and skills are not handed out once per game.
Number of games will depend on the number of players. 6 players we'll play everyone twice plus a "final" event for the top two at the end of the season. 10 or more and we'll keep it to playing everyone once for now.
Fan Factor can be included in your starting team but may NOT be bought at any time after that, you'll have to rely on winning games.
MVP will be awarded by 2 nominations from your opponent, 1 from you and a D3 roll decision between them - with the exception of incredible play. If a player does something that far outstrips his usual role on the field - say a Human Catcher kills three players or a Troll scores, then these can be picked as MVP's as long as both coaches agree. This does NOT include such things as a Gutter Runner scoring five times in a game or a Mummy killing a whole team.
Rules will be Living Rulebook 6 - check the differences as values and stats have changed! For instance the only MA9 starting player is now the Skaven Gutter Runner and Halfling Treemen no longer have "Loner".

Very possible, but he'll also be looking at 6 - 0 from the wrong side.
Anyways, League shall be attempting to kick off within next two weeks, will send PM and email to everyone I can remember/have on my list requesting confirmation of teams and then shall follow that up with dishing out first two matches for each player.
