Sounds good - can we do late session on the 23rd? Although I live in London I work out past Reading so it's difficult for me to make the early session.

I'll try and get a look at the Ork codex in preparation for the game...

Sorry for the delay bonuses as follows...

Yellowduck, we are playing 1500pts
you get all bonuses Sad
+50 pts (this can be taken from any codex as allies, normal gw restrictions ie Chaos cannot allie Eldar ect)
you get to roll 1d6 on a 4+ you can give a unit special rules from the 40k rule book
and finally u get +2 to dice rolls for who goes first and reserves

Pete Gets all bonuses Vs Saryrn you are playing at 2000pts
+ 130pts (same rules as above, worked out for increased points)
you get to roll 3d6 and give special rules for each 4+
you also get +2 to to dice rolls for who goes first and reserves
Woah!! Pete, those bonuses you get are massive - I get the feeling you've played this before ;-)

EdSmasha: thanks for posting up the bonuses. I'll be taking my extra 50pts from the nids codex. Was the first round game just a warm up or can the winners roll to take over a territory?

yes u get a territory, pete said u were taking a neutral tile so it wont effect bonuses, U can roll it on tue.

As no games where played in round 2 I will extend it for 2 further weeks.

Do you three fancy a game of kill team - we all get 400 points and slap it on the same table? (no squad coherency, in the battle missions book - i'll fill in any more details)

Oh wow. Pete, have they brought back the rules for Kill Team in Battle Missions? It would be fantastic if they have, it was IMO the only thing they got it wrong in removing from 5th Ed. Or is it just a simplified version i.e. no coherency, otherwise as per normal rules?

Does it use similar limitations to combat patrol (max combined armour, max 2 wounds, no 2+ saves, no psychic powers)?

Nids only have one option for synapse based on the combat patrol rules and that's the zoanthrope who won't be able to shoot (no psychic powers). I suppose we could take a force of just Genestealers and spore pods perhaps....unless deep striking is banned too in which case it's just genestealers!
