Long running and boring debate amongst all the usual suspects on Warseer. Can I just get some views please, so I know how people prefer it to be played.

Under the 5th Ed Poisoned Weapon rules, a weapon which wounds on a fixed number (eg always wounds on 4+) gets a reroll to wound if the attacker's S is equal to or higher than the defender's T. So my Agoniser (wounds on 4+) Archon has S3. Against a marine (T4) she's wounding on 4+. Against a guardsman (T3) she's still wounding on 4+, but with a poisoned weapon that is now rerollable.

My question is - does it have to say Poisoned Weapon in the weapon type to qualify, or does it automatically apply to any weapon which always wounds on a fixed number? The reason I ask is that Agonisers are wound on 4+, but don't have Poisoned in their description. Ironically, even poisoned blades wound on 2+, but aren't 'Poisoned'.
RAW would be Has to say poison weapon, After all it might not be "Poison" that grants the effect of "always wounds on" but re-roll fails is gw's interpretation of a poison.
As for poison blades it may be because its a coated blade rather then an "inserted poison" like Ork urty syring plus most if not all Poison weapons work on a 4+ not 2+ so the 2+ is the poison effect on the blades.
Dose that make as much sense hear as it dose in my head....
Ooo must add 2+ with re-roll would be outrageous filth!
As far as I'm concerned, in a friendly game the Dark Eldar weapons are poisonous. Regardless of how they're written...
In a tourney, I'd probably argue the other way around, as they aren't written as Poisoned.

Agreed. more to the point, if you're in combat with guard, what's the problem? you should be grinning from ear to ear and only bothering to roll half the dice to smut them up.
