Are there any BFG players at the club? Who would be interested in playing a game one of these days?
I've never played BFG before. I'd be up for a game.

You might have to teach me the rules, though. Smile

I do have a massive imperial fleet but it needs some repair. I might be up for a game sometime, but not for at least the next month

The rules are actually available on GW's website. I curently have only one fleet (Imperial) in working order, but that should not be a problem.
I want in! If there's a training session please include me! (er... only got pc access at work so checking is intermittent.)
I have a small chaos fleet which I wouldn't mind breaking out for a game.
I played once about 5 years ago, but found it very cool. Don't own any models, but I'd definitely be up for grabbing some and giving this a go!
I was wondering how it played, and whether the space battles system in rogue trader rpg are similar at all?
There's a summary of the turn sequence and basic bits and bobs on BoLS: http://www.belloflostsouls.net/2009/08/b...e-101.html

And here's a really cool piece of BFG artwork to inspire you: http://phoenix-06.deviantart.com/art/Fir...-117678230
That's pretty cool, though on first glance it looks like it belongs in a game of eve online Wink
Which I love btw.
Ooooh, all of sudden, potential Admirals come out of hiding. Excellent.

Let's try to get a game organised in September, when I come back from my vacations.
I will have to get my imperial fleet repaired now. All the bases are broken, so I need to pin and reglue these, so it is pain in the neck to do. At least they are all painted up, so I will be rolling with a fully painted army! Need to get a copy of amarda though so that I have got up to date fleet rules.
If you want to test a game bring 2x fleets around my house and we'll kick off.
Or if you want a space game, i'm a avid fan of Babylon 5 (standard or call to arms)
I was always a big fan of Babylon 5 as a show, what's the game like? Is it painted minis or a board game?
Well, if you can find the mini's that's great, but hex map with card tiles is the way i've always played it.
