Only problems I have is finding something strong enough to use as a base and carry, at the moment I'm using tin sheets both to anchor the units to the case and as movement trays, take a look tomorrow

That's exactly what I'm doing, sheets of tin/iron/steel are hard to find these days but some supermarkets still sell luxury chocolates in tins, that way you get some painting time snacks as well: two birds with one stone!
That sounds great. I'll see you at 8pm!

1500 points of space wolves, if anyone is interested.

Craig.

I can make second session with 1500pts of Necrons, if you don't mind reminding me of the rules occasionally!

There is a great architect shop near holburn

http://www.modelshop.co.uk/index.htm

that sells very thin metal that magnets stick to easily and all other kinds of handy things
Cool. I shall start raising the dead.

OK well I worked it out and my mate and I should have the last free table on the early session today so I guess just come along as usual?
Anyone up for a game of 40k in the second session?

Afraid I grabbed the wrong army book when I ran out the house this morning so you'll be facing Wampire Counts, this works in your favour because I really dont like the armylist at all!

I'll try an go easy on the power dice for you

I bought along a stretched 2000 points, (although 15x warriors may be of the invisible variety)

Power dice? are you high in the magic stakes?

VC are notorious for having to many spells/bound items these days and there are some truly utterly bent and filthy builds around for them, as I said I'll try not go down that road as a) its a bit unfair, b) its a bit dull for both of us
OK guys, this isn't really working.
Can we please try and keep these threads free for booking tables, as even I am getting confused this week...

I believe we are over-booked by one table for the first session (partly due to bad timing with spikedog, his post went up at almost exactly the same time as my first one, which was when I'd edited in games, and partly because I've been away for bits of the week), but have 4 free tables in the second session.

We will see what happens on the night, but I apologise in advance if we can't fit everyone in.

-Tom.

PS. by.a.teammate, there should be a bunch of folks playing WM/Hordes in the second session, that's what Meatgrinder is!
