Right ho,

Sunday gaming is on!

The aim here is that where Tuesdays is run with booked slots and set times Sundays is a more relaxed informal affair so I’m proposing a thread each week, similar to the Tuesday challenges thread, but where people can simply suggest and arrange games and activities.
I think pretty much anything goes (Except for Elephant riding as there is not really the headroom.)

If it becomes very popular and space starts to run short then perhaps we will have to look into some system to make sure people get games etc but for now we can see how it goes. Tongue

Regards,
Chris
Great stuff!
So, we going to start an RPG of some description?!

uness we get some of those mini-elephants of ebay
Are we going to have to pay for Sunday sessions?

Nope - will be a lot more "informal" than the club proper on Tuesday nights. Reckon Sundays will also be more about boardgames and RPG. Oh and the odd roast (spit roasting optional ). Be a case of players arranging between themselves to start with,[no challange thread] Conflict to be handled the usual way, Klingon style .

Chris is setting up a Sunday forum section and will take it from there

For 40k and WFB there will be some games of course but I am def up for getting in on a RPG! Also thinking of doing some apoc games as well (and WFB equvilent) . Be great to have a proper 7 hour battle....

Not sure yet on the hours will confer with Iankeeper Matt
Good news!

Although that's the second time you've made me blush today: stop waving your innuendos in my direction!
That's not all he's waving in your direction! Wink
That's why I'm blushing.
This is awesome news!!
Sundays are gonna be a lot easier than tuesdays for me!
Far less rushing around. Good times.
I like the sound of the Sunday sessions too. Be nice to get some boardgames in.
Here's another idea for sundays too... painting sessions/workshops. I'd be willing to bring a couple of models down for painting (if it was okay with matt and the inn to bring paints in etc) and give people some pointers if they wanted/needed them. It's nice to paint around others sometimes eh! I'm most definitely a social painter and not a sit on my own painter. Terrain building could also be done, so general hobby workshop.

Thumbs up to that idea Smile
That sounds like a great idea.
Let's do everything ever! Wink
lol you're gonna love the next thing I want to bring down.
Go.
A few good games of good old school go Big Grin
Can't get better strategy than a game that is 10k years or so old!
Wasn't there this Sunday bit did anyone go along? How was it?
Oh, has it started already?
Nobody this week. Perhaps a good thing as I was running around like a headless chicken trying to sort things out.

I am pretty much running the bar single-handedly for the next two weeks.

Just to confirm. The space is there for any club-goers to use from 12-7pm every Sunday.
I couldn't make this week, I had a rather large one on saturday watching some live reggae and dub @ passing clouds. Awesome too Big Grin
There was also the world cup final! Wink

Providing I don't have a jam session sorted out for next sunday I will be up for heading down.
